Return Policy
If a customer is not satisfied with a product(s) purchased from the Lake Effect Decoy Co. website, they may return or exchange it within 10 calendar days of receipt of the product(s). You must contact us via email at (info@leddecoys.com) with your order information (number/receipt) to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within this time period.
No returns will be accepted without the proper RAN. The RAN policy will be described upon obtaining a RAN, the customer must agree to adhere to the RAN policy timeframe of shipping return products back to Lake Effect Decoy Co.
Shipping and handling is not refunded unless an error occurred on behalf of Lake Effect Decoy Co. distribution center.
Product(s) being returned for reasons other than being damaged, incorrect, and/or defective are subject to a 30% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for arrangement and payment for return shipping of product(s) back to Lake Effect Decoy Co. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Defective items are backed 100% and can be returned for exchange only.
Lake Effect Decoy Co. will pay return shipping charges for defective and incorrect merchandise only.
All returns must be sent via USPS or UPS economy/basic ground service only, Lake Effect Decoy Co. will not reimburse customer for expedited return shipping rates fees to get product back to Lake Effect Decoy Co. faster.
Returned items will be refunded with applicable sales tax in original payment method.
Lake Effect Decoy Co. does not accept returns or exchanges of any kind on closeout or sale items. All sales are final on closeout and sale items.
All returns are subject to physical inspection. Lake Effect Decoy Co. must have the product back and it must be inspected before a credit will be issued.

Shipping Information/Restrictions
Shipping costs are based on the customer’s location. From time to time Lake Effect Decoy Co. will run shipping sales, at which time the shipping cost will be at a reduced rate set by Lake Effect Decoy Co. which may not be based on customer’s location.
At this time Lake Effect Decoy Co. online store can only be used for orders shipped within the United States.
Orders will ship within 5-7 business days after confirmation of payment has been successful.
Customer will be notified via email prior to shipment of the order if the entire order or a portion of the order is placed on backorder status.
Most orders will ship via UPS and USPS.

Orders coming from Alaska or Hawaii are required to be shipped priority mail (if a P.O. Box is used), next day air, or 2ndday air.
If upon delivery of your order, the package(s) is refused, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges and is subject to a 30% restocking fee of the order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
A 6.00% state tax applies to all Pennsylvania orders only.
